Dick Mulligan has been showing cutting horses in excess of 25 years. He is presently a national director of the National Cutting Horse Association representing Wyoming and President of the Wyoming Cutting Horse Association. In addition, he serves as a Director of the Wyoming Cutting Horse Association.

Dick has developed a breeding program in which he breeds quality mares to some of cutting's premiere stallions. In addition, he raises and sells, quality yearlings, 2-year olds, and 3-year old cutting bred horses.

The mare barn includes daughters of Dual Pep, Lena Telesis, The Dualler, Bodee Boomsmal and TR Dual Ray. Mulligan has bred mares to such notables as TR Dual Ray, Laredo Blue, Pastel Smart Lena and intends on breeding to premiere stallions in the coming breeding season.
